Berlin 2011 Video 2 – International German Swimming Open

From April 28 to May 1, amputee swimmers and swimmers with other disabilities from around the world were in Berlin for the 2011 International German Swimming Open for athletes with a disability. The competition was organized for the 25th time and more than 400 athletes from 28 nations took part in the event. The IDM Schwimmen offered yet an other chance for swimmers with a disability to test the pool at Berlin’s Landberger Allee, where a couple of days later the IPC European Swimming Championships was being held.
