From October 9 to 15, 2011 amputee athletes and athletes with other disabilities from all over Europe took part in the Men's and Women's European Championships in Sitting Volleyball.

The competition was organized in Rotterdam's Topsport Centre and teams from the following countries took part in the event: The Netherlands, Russia, Bosnia, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Latvia, Slovenia, Hungary, Finland, Ukraine, Great Britain, Azerbaijan and Germany.

The men's competiton was won by the team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while the Ukraine won the women's tournament.

Vom 9. bis zum 15. Oktober haben in Rotterdam die Europäischen Sitzvolleyball Meisterschaften für Sportlerinnen und Sportler mit Behinderungen stattgefunden.

Teams aus ganz Europa nehmen am Wettkampf teil, der in Rotterdams Topsport Center ausgetragen wurde.

In den Finals der Herren siegte Bosnien gegen Russland, während bei den Damen das Team aus der Ukraine gegen die Spielerinnen aus den Niederlanden gewann.
